Optional Lunch
When registering for a course, participants will be provided the option to purchase a boxed lunch for a fee of $10.00. Once the course has been added to the their cart and they proceed to checkout, they will be provided with 5 sandwich options:
(Boxed lunch includes one sandwich selection, potato chips, cookie, and a drink)
- 1. N/A – select N/A if you are not interested in purchasing lunch
- 2. Roast turkey with raspberry chipotle mayo
- 3. Roast turkey and cheddar cheese
- 4. Garden veggie burger served on focaccia bread with spicy ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes (V)
- 5. Caprese: fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and slices of tomatoes with balsamic glaze on focaccia bread (V)
- 6. Chicken caesar: grilled chicken strips with lettuce, parmagietto cheese, and caesar dressing
