Journey to Wellness Workshop
CAS Participation at 2023 Rutgers Day
On April 29, 2023, the Center of Alcohol and Substance Use Studies (CAS) attended Rutgers Day and hosted an engaging and educational origami activity centered on the 8 dimensions of wellness. Participants had the chance to craft an origami 8D of Wellness wheel and take the Wellness Inventory quiz, an online tool designed to assess personal wellness habits. The activity was a hit, drawing a diverse crowd of all ages who were eager to learn about the efforts of the center in promoting wellness in the community.
