HIGHLIGHT: Friday Fast Facts
Friday Fast Facts is a new initiative led by the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS). The project aims to create content for the general public, providing a general understanding of a different topic each month.
ISTSS have revealed some of the early topics to be: Medical Trauma, Substance Abuse / Traumatic Stress, and Early Interventions.
The ISTSS committee hopes that this program will “elevate voices that may typically be underrepresented”, and plans to include content from “diverse backgrounds, […] disciplines, and nationalities”.
