Blueprint for National Prevention Infrastructure for Mental, Emotional, and Behavioral Disorders
Blueprint for a National Prevention Infrastructure for Mental, Emotional, and Behavioral Disorders, published by the National Academics of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in 2025, is a comprehensive framework for establishing a prevention infrastructure to reduce mental, emotional, and behavioral (MEB) disorders at a national level.
The report recommends establishing a coordinated national strategy led by the government and involving key federal agencies to align resources and promote MEB health in young people. It also calls for the development of a way to track the prevalence of MEB disorders in the United States and their associated risk factors.
