Department Administrator

Lisette has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management in the nonprofit sector. She has dedicated her career working with organizations and NGOs that service underserved populations in the US and abroad. She worked for many years for a behavioral healthcare nonprofit agency managing and overseeing various HR operations, working closely with the Executive team on agencywide initiatives and coordinating staff development, training and mentoring projects.  Previously, she worked for an international NGO recruiting US trained doctors to go on assignment to countries with civil unrest or conflict areas. Lisette is keen on contributing and creating an inclusive space where all are welcomed and feel part of the community. Lisette brings skills, passion, and commitment to further the mission of the Center of Alcohol and Substance Use Studies.
